Recruitment
Our Carers
The Reputation of our Company depends on the Quality of services provided by our Carers. Great Care is taken in the selection of our carers. All must have a professional although compassionate attitude and each must have a desire to work in an area where their understanding will enhance the quality of life for their client.
Each Carer will have different skills and care experiences. The level of experience and formal training for each will depend on the level of service being provided. Carers with limited experience will only be selected for clients who mainly require companionship, household management and very limited personal care.
